Our products and services are strictly intended for professional use only (B2B).

By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting as a business or in a professional context. This declaration is legally binding. As a result, consumer protection laws (including the EU right of withdrawal) do not apply.

In case of false declaration, the Company may refuse access, cancel the license, and deny any refund or legal claim.

All content published on the VOLIXTA website (including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, and software) is the exclusive property of HELLO SITE LLC, unless otherwise stated. Some design assets or illustrations may be sourced from platforms such as Freepik under a valid premium license. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

VOLIXTA is provided under a proprietary license. The Software is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, installation, or activation, you are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software strictly in accordance with your subscription plan.

All source code, design elements, and related intellectual property are and shall remain the exclusive property of the software publisher HELLO SITE LLC. You are expressly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, renting, leasing, modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or publishing any part of the Software or its underlying code, in whole or in part.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate license suspension or termination, without refund, as well as potential legal action. Copyright infringement claims will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

We reserve the right to revoke any license without refund in the event of:

1. False or misleading declarations during purchase or agency verification
2. Unauthorized resale or redistribution
3. Violation of intellectual property laws
4. Misuse of multi-site license tiers
5. Any form of suspicious or fraudulent activity

Legal proceedings may be initiated if necessary.

• The plugin is provided “as is” with no guarantees of compatibility or bug-free operation
• We are not responsible for any losses, including business, financial, or data-related
• Use of the plugin is at your own risk

A valid license key is required to activate and use VOLIXTA. Activation is completed via the VOLIXTA license system on our parent company’s website. The plugin cannot function without activation.

Lifetime Deal (LTD) licenses include lifetime plugin updates and limited support durations based on the purchased plan:

Plugin updates are provided for life. Support is available for a limited time based on your plan, and includes a fixed number of support tickets per year (non-cumulative).

The “Agency 100” and “Elite 250” licenses require prior manual verification before purchase. You must provide:

• Your agency’s official website
• A verified LinkedIn profile (individual or business)
• Business registration linked to an official public registry
• A professional email (used to create your license account)

Once approved, a Verified Agency Account will be created for you, allowing future agency purchases without repeating the verification process.

In case of false declarations or violation of our license terms, your license will be revoked without refund.

Every VOLIXTA license includes a fixed number of support tickets per year, depending on your plan. Support is handled exclusively via email and provided in English, French, or Armenian.

Here is the annual support allocation per license tier:

Support includes:

• Setup assistance
• Configuration and usage guidance
• Bug reports related to VOLIXTA

Support does not include:

• Custom development or feature creation
• Resolving issues caused by third-party plugins/themes
• Advanced debugging unrelated to VOLIXTA

Tickets reset annually during the support term. Unused tickets do not carry over after each year or after your support period expires. Tickets are not cumulative.

Additional ticket packs are available:

• 10 tickets →  22 000 ֏   (≈ $59)
• 25 tickets →  44 000 ֏ (≈ $108)

Once the included support period ends, only lifetime plugin updates will remain available unless you purchase extra support.

Please note that VOLIXTA (volixta.com) does not process payments directly. All transactions are securely handled via our parent company’s official website: www.agence-hellosite.com. You will be redirected during checkout, and an account will be created both on VOLIXTA and on the payment site.

We do not store any credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed via secure gateways.

Accepted payment methods: Visa and Mastercard.

⚠️ Important: Our products are intended for professional use only. As such, your purchase is not subject to consumer refund rights or the EU withdrawal directive (14-day cooling-off period). Refunds are granted only under specific technical conditions, as outlined below.

We offer a 14-day refund policy under specific conditions:

• You must have encountered a technical issue that prevents core plugin functionality
• Your environment must meet technical requirements: WordPress 5.8+, PHP 7.4+, MySQL 5.7+, and jQuery must not be disabled or removed from your WordPress installation
• You must have contacted our support and allowed a chance to resolve the issue
• Our team must confirm the issue is critical and unresolvable

Refunds are not granted for:

• Change of mind
• Theme or third-party plugin conflicts
• Misconfiguration or lack of understanding
• Failure to review documentation or demo

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–15 business days depending on your bank. You must contact us using the same email you used for your order.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Armenia. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Armenia.

If you lose access to your account due to an incorrect or inaccessible email address used during registration, you may be required to provide a valid form of government-issued ID in order to verify your identity and restore account access.

We reserve the right to deny recovery requests if identity cannot be verified.

We only collect personal information necessary for license management, support, and order processing. This includes your name, email address, purchase data, and website URL where the license is activated. All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. We may occasionally contact you with product updates or promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each communication.

By using our plugin and services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the plugin after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
